COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM
To fully complete the admission form, you MUST provide the
following:
1. Complete the admission form using a black ink pen and provide
a photocopy of this form
2. Read and Sign the Rules and Regulations at the back of the
form. ( Diploma students only)
3. 3 Passport size photographs-Write name and date of birth
at the back
4. 2 Copies of your academic credentials
5. Two reference letters, one academic and one professional.
(Degree and MBA students only)
5. Two copies of CV. (MBA students only)
6. Your first term fee cheque
